Chakras - Are yours overactive? Part 6

Overactive chakras

So we have covered the scenario of the chakras being blocked, how to unblock them and exactly what is blocking them by looking at their makeup. Over the next two weeks we will now look at what you will experience if they are overactive. This can be just as problematic but with the recognition of what is going on it can easily be amended by balancing your chakras.

How can you balance your chakras?

There are various ways you can balance your overactive chakras including:

  • Yoga

  • Tai Chi

  • Qi Gong

  • Meditation

  • Reiki healing

  • Pendulum healing

  • Swimming in the ocean

  • Spending time in nature

  • Other energy healing modalities

What are the symptoms of overactive chakras?

The Foot chakra - you know this is overactive if:

  • You are overly optimistic, positive with little regard for fear, believing you are untouchable

  • You become easily irritated

The Root chakra - you know this is overactive if:

  • You are super easy going

  • You are overly willing to give anything a go with little regard for your wellbeing

  • You thrive on being spontaneous

The Sacral chakra - you know this is overactive if:

  • You are overly energized, never ending amounts of energy

  • You are super friendly, overly so wanting to be everyone's best friend

  • Joy just exudes from you, everything you see and do is just a wonderful experience

The Solar Plexus chakra - you know this is overactive if:

  • You are overly self-reliant, unable and unwilling to accept help from others

  • You are over confident to a point of not seeing your own flaws or a balanced perspective

  • You take assertiveness to a new level, chasing what you desire with little regard to the effect it has on anyone else

How do these chakras become overactive?

  • Too much partying, social interaction and stimulation from external influences. Loud music, crowds and excessive activity in highly active environments

  • When you do not take time to reflect on your personal self and your situation, you deny your truth access to your conscious thinking, you lose touch of the balance within

  • You are overly focused constantly on results and outcomes without looking at the road to get there. You discard all in this destructive obsession to achieve what you want

What now?

Expect the unexpected. Know that this is all information to help empower you to feel amazing, each week building the blocks to help you understand why you or your loved ones act and react in certain ways. Focus on understanding and outcome to actively do something that you will be so pleasantly surprised about that you will wonder why this information hasn't been placed in your path before. Open yourself to the possibility of being able to help yourself and family in a positive manner that will have everyone relating easier to each other. Don't leave it until you hit rock bottom to find a solution that is then much harder to resolve, work weekly to maintain all that you desire to be. Be the balance you wish to see in others, lead by example and show the compassion and understanding to all with a new level of knowing for what it is you are learning in this series on chakras.
